RETURN POLICY

Please ask all questions before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.

We fully disclose the condition that the items are in, prior to purchase. We also provide detailed measurements, descriptions and photographs of each and every item. For T-Shirt orders, be sure to read the Size Chart, in each listing, before purchasing, as there is no recourse if you order the incorrect size. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, for incorrect sizes.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

T-Shirt orders are processed within 1-7 business days, by our Print Partner. After the order has processed, please allow 2-5 days for shipping within the US (shipping times are longer for International orders.) Jewelry Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

NOTE: Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days. The day you place your order does not count as a business processing day.

We do not guarantee exact shipping or delivery dates.

SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases will be shipped to your verified billing address. If you need shipment to an address other than your billing address, payment must be made via direct bank transfer. We use USPS First Class Mail, for shipping within the US.

We cannot and do not change shipping addresses, after an order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship to our International customers via USPS Priority Mail. All items shipped are marked as “Merchandise” on the Customs Form and are declared for full purchase price. Insurance coverage is included in our shipping costs so any loss or damage caused to items during shipment must be resolved with the Post Office.

Taxes, customs and/or import duties, that are charged by your Country, are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges.

MISSING PACKAGE THAT SHOWS AS DELIVERED

If tracking for your package shows as delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local Post Office, as we have no control over their deliveries, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The USPS has GPS trackers on their vehicles which will show exactly where and when a package was delivered. If a package is returned to us, for an incorrect address that you provided, you will have to pay to reship the package.

DISCLAIMERS

Photos included in our listings are actual photos we have taken of the item that is for sale. Our images are taken with pro cameras under professional studio lights and accurately represent the color of the item(s) being sold. Colors may vary, depending on your screen settings, and may differ from the actual color of the item. If you are not familiar with the color of the item, or if you have questions about the color of an item, please ask before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.

Because our T-Shirts are printed products, graphic placement may differ slightly, between sizes.

SALES TAX

Wicked Crayon is required to collect sales tax for all merchandise that is shipped for delivery within the State of Florida.

The T-Shirt designs that we offer at Wicked Crayon, were designed and created by us, and can only be purchased thru this website or our Etsy Shop.

We don’t allow any other online Seller to use our images, or sell our products.

If you see our images or products, being used or sold by someone other than Wicked Crayon, please do not purchase from them (since you won’t get what they are showing, because our designs are exclusive to us). We spend a lot of time creating and designing the unique items that we offer for sale, and we want our customers to know that the only place they can purchase these items, is directly from Wicked Crayon.
